Extremely central location, only 2 minutes to the busy Sukhumvit Road which has everything a shopper or travellers heart may long for, including nightlife and immense shopping malls. Also Thai Massage, Dry Laundry Service, Streetfood, pubs or a 24/7 9-11 are only 2 minutes away. ABSOLUTELY Quiet (despite its central location!), as it is situated at the end of a car-free side road Super-friendly owner and staff who speak fluent English and are very courteous, attentive to your every need. Breakfast is fresh and ample, fresh omelette. Superb value for price! You are probably thinking of booking a room in a big Hotel Chain (as did I), but save yourself the money and live in this central, quiet and comfortable hotel at a much lower price! You can still go to every skybar you want...

I have being staying at Baan Sukhumvit boutique hotel for over 10 years upon my holiday's to Thailand Bangkok, I stay here for many reasons, the location is excellent for shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and the most famous Emporium shopping complex which is a 10 minute walk. The service at Bann Sukumvit by the staff and owners is very friendly and helpful for all your needs when staying here, the cost per room stay is very cheap compared to other boutique hotels in the area. I highly recommend for all travelers.

I stayed in Baan Sukhumvit. It was fantastic. Good place to stay with family very safe. Smiling staffs treated us very well. Good breakfast served to us. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Carrying happy memories.
